In the reporting year, amendments were made to the organizational structure of Otbasy Bank to ensure more effective implementation of strategic goals and objectives. Currently, the structure of the Bank's Head Office consists of the following blocks: development, finance and reporting, implementation of state programs, information security, legal affairs and procurement, risks and internal control, information technology and digital transformation, operations, and banking products and processes.
