The Bank carries out activities provided for and not prohibited by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Banks and Banking Activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Construction Savings in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

In the reporting year, cases related to the prevention of competition and violations of anti-monopoly legislation were not established.

The Bank does not finance political parties or public associations for the purpose of obtaining or maintaining an advantage in its activities.

In the reporting year, the Bank did not make monetary contributions or expenses for lobbyists or lobbying organizations, trade associations, and other groups exempt from tax payments.

In 2025, the RSU "Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market" applied 3 measures against the Bank in the form of written prescriptions.
