JSC "Otbasy Bank" (hereinafter – Otbasy Bank, the Bank) is the only bank in the country implementing the housing construction savings system (HCS). The HCS system aims to improve the housing conditions of the population by attracting depositors' funds into housing construction deposits and providing them with housing loans.
