Charity and sponsorship are part of the Bank's corporate culture and one of the traditional directions of participation in the life of society, ensuring the social, political, and economic stability of the territory where the Bank's activities are conducted.

For the Bank, charitable activity and sponsorship are significant from the perspective of strengthening the Bank's business reputation and developing the internal corporate culture. The Bank considers all received appeals for the provision of charitable and sponsorship assistance and develops a program for involving employees in charitable projects in various forms of participation: private monetary and other donations, where every employee has the opportunity to make their personal contribution to the common cause.

In 2025, through the efforts of the Bank's employees within the framework of the "Asar" campaign, a collection of funds was organized for the medical treatment of serious illnesses of five Bank employees.

In May 2025, the "Victory Day" campaign was conducted, within the framework of which financial assistance and assistance in the form of food baskets were provided to veterans of the Great Patriotic War by the employees of the Bank's Central Office.

In June 2025, in the Central Office of the Bank, jointly with the Blood Center of Almaty city, the "Donor Day" campaign was conducted, as a result of which 37 liters of blood were collected to address the problem of donor blood shortage for children with oncohematological diseases.

In September 2025, within the framework of the "Road to School" campaign, assistance was provided to 20 children of the "Ken zhurek" charitable foundation. At the expense of voluntary funds of employees, 450,000 tenge was collected, with which certificates for the purchase of school supplies were acquired.

In November 2025, employees of the Central Branch of the Bank in Astana city took part in a blood donation campaign "Donor Day", which was organized by the Holding jointly with the Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "Research and Production Center for Transfusiology".

At the end of December 2025, the "Wish Tree" charitable campaign was conducted. Within the framework of the campaign, the Bank's employees fulfilled the New Year dreams of children from large and incomplete families, as well as families raising children with special needs. In total, gifts were presented to 22 children.

Charitable, sponsorship, and philanthropic assistance at the expense of the Bank's budget was not carried out in 2025.
