Distribution of Economic Value, KZT million

The calculation of economic value metrics was performed in accordance with the requirements of the GRI 201-1 standard ("Direct economic value generated and distributed") based on the Bank’s consolidated financial statements. Direct economic value generated includes the primary types of revenue that comprise the economic value created by the Bank within its core business operations: income from customer lending, income from financial investments, and other receipts.

In 2025, the direct economic value generated by the Bank amounted to KZT 423.7 billion, representing a 21.2% increase compared to 2024.

Economic value distributed in 2025 totaled KZT 372.2 billion. A significant portion of the generated value was allocated to fulfill obligations toward shareholders and creditors, employee compensation, operating costs, and tax payments to the state budget. Tax and duty expenses amounted to KZT 40.5 billion, reflecting the Bank's contribution to state revenues and the socio-economic development of the country.

By operating and expanding the housing construction savings system, the Bank creates long-term economic value for its clients, the state, and society. Providing citizens with accessible tools to improve their housing conditions allows the Bank to contribute to enhancing the population's quality of life, advancing residential construction, and reinforcing the sustainable socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
