The Management Board of the Bank acts on the basis of the Regulation on the Management Board approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank and exercises leadership over the current activity of the Bank. The formation of the Management Board of the Bank, its powers, as well as the ahead-of-schedule termination of powers are carried out by decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter of the Bank.

As of January 1, 2026, the Management Board of the Bank consists of 7 members.

 

Ibragimova Lyazzat Erkenovna – Chair of the Management Board of JSC "Otbasy bank" House Construction Savings Bank" (since 23.01.2017)

 Born in 1972, citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Exercises general leadership over the activity of the Bank and oversees advisors, managing directors, the press service, human resources units, and procurement units. She is also the Chair of the Personnel Committee, the Risk Committee, the Asset and Liability Management Committee, and the Banking Products, Processes, and Service Quality Committee of the Bank.
