Employee Motivation

In 2025, the Bank continued its work to improve the efficiency, transparency, and balance of its material and non-material motivation system, which is one of the most critical aspects of personnel management and ensures compliance with the norms and guarantees under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. To attract highly qualified specialists, increase personnel engagement and satisfaction, reduce staff turnover, and develop the HR brand, the Bank regularly conducts labor market and salary benchmark surveys.

The approved bonus system for the Bank's employees takes into account the efficiency of each employee's performance and their individual contribution to the Bank's operational results. The personnel incentive system is aimed at achieving high production results and increasing labor productivity. In addition to performance-based bonuses, the Bank's employees receive bonuses aligned with the public holidays of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Bank also operates a non-monetary recognition system for employees and structural divisions, which includes the recognition of personal achievements through letters of appreciation, certificates of honor, inscription in the Bank's Book of Honor, as well as nominations for state awards and titles. In accordance with the Rules on Non-Monetary Recognition of Employees and Structural Divisions, the best employees of the branches and structural divisions of the Bank's Central Office are determined on an annual basis.

In 2025, the Bank's employees were honored with both internal recognition from the Bank and state and departmental awards. At the end of the year:

-     14 employees were awarded the Certificate of Honor by the Chairman of the Management Board of Otbasy Bank JSC;
