In accordance with the provisions of the Policy, the roles, competencies, and responsibilities of each body and all employees for implementing sustainability principles and standards are clearly defined and assigned within the sustainability management system.

The Board of Directors of the Bank provides strategic leadership and oversight into the implementation of sustainable development. The Board of Directors defines the key priorities, goals, and fundamental principles of the Bank's strategic development in the field of sustainability, including the integration of sustainability principles, climate change issues, and other sustainability aspects.

The Board of Directors exerts a significant influence on the Bank's strategic development, regulatory frameworks, operational performance, and reputation, including disclosures for stakeholders. The Board of Directors conducts an annual preliminary review of the Bank's annual report and sustainability report. One of the appendices to the Bank's reports is the section "Material Topics and Their Assessment", which is reviewed by the Bank's Board of Directors.

The Management Board ensures the formation of an appropriate sustainability system and its implementation, the execution of the Bank's strategic development direction in the field of sustainability, and compliance with the procedures, processes, and policies approved by the Bank's Board of Directors. The Management Board monitors the execution of the action plan to achieve the Bank's strategic sustainability goals.

The Strategy and Corporate Development Committee functions under the Management Board of the Bank and is responsible for coordinating sustainability activities. It reviews and organizes sustainability issues, prepares recommendations for the Management Board of the Bank on approving strategic sustainability policy documents, and defines KPIs and strategic goals for sustainable development.

Structural units of the Bank implement the sustainability action plan that ensures the achievement of sustainability KPIs established in the Bank's Development Strategy, execute projects, and identify sustainability risks.
