Employee-Management Relations

Within the framework of employee-management relations, the Bank regularly conducts:

1) weekly briefings involving senior executives and heads of structural divisions on operational performance;

2) quarterly meetings between the Chairman of the Management Board and heads of structural divisions regarding the achievement of approved Target Maps for the reporting period;

3) continuous free-flowing and effective working interactions between employees and the Bank's management.

The Bank also organizes joint team-building corporate events, training sessions, and sporting activities with the participation of the Bank's executive management.

The regulation of working hours at the Bank is based on a five-day working week, where daily working hours (work shifts) cannot exceed 8 hours, within a weekly norm of 40 hours. The duration of daily work (work shifts), the start and end times of daily work, and rest breaks are determined in compliance with the established working week duration by the Rules of Labor Relations and Internal Labor Regulations of the Bank, employment contracts, and the collective bargaining agreement.

The collective bargaining agreement applies to the employer and those employees of the Bank on whose behalf the agreement was concluded, as well as employees who joined it based on a written application. At the Bank, 100% of the total number of employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements. The collective agreement was concluded voluntarily on the basis of compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authority of the parties' representatives, freedom of choice, discussion and resolution of issues constituting its content, and the feasibility of fulfilling the commitments made.
