In 2025, the Bank allocated 14.73 billion KZT of its own funds toward the development of "green" mortgage lending, reaffirming its strategic commitment to the principles of sustainable finance.

The Bank received the industry accolade Green Awards 2025 in the "Iconic Partnership" category for its contribution to the development of the "Green Mortgage" program and the promotion of sustainable construction in Kazakhstan. The award was presented by KazGBC during the anniversary Green Build Central Asia 2025 Forum and validates the Bank’s strategic approach to energy-efficient solutions, industry environmental standards, and shaping demand for "green" homes.

As part of the implementation of its environmental policy, the Bank, together with its branch network, carried out tree-planting initiatives. During the reporting period, 270 trees were planted, contributing to the reduction of the carbon footprint and the creation of a favorable urban environment.

Throughout the reporting year, the Bank actively worked on developing and expanding its product line, specifically:

- A cooperation agreement was signed with the Akimat of the Akmola Region within a pilot project to provide preferential mortgage loans at interest rates not exceeding 2% and 5% per annum.

- On January 10, 2025, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts on Issues of the State Educational Savings System” came into force, introducing the "Keleshek" Unified Voluntary Savings System, with the Bank acting as one of the authorized operators. At the beginning of 2025, the Bank ensured the transfer of funds from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the accounts of Kazakhstani children based on the results of 2024. A total of 22 270 thousand USD was credited to the accounts of 129 279 children across the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On May 24, 2025, acting in its capacity as a national development institution, the Bank commenced the execution of new functions to register citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and kandases (returnees) in need of housing in the "Housing Provision Center" electronic database, pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amending and Supplementing Certain Legislative Acts on Issues of Housing Policy Reform”. In August 2025, the Bank finalized the transfer of the unified national database of housing applicants from local executive bodies and Concordia LLP, ensuring centralized data consolidation.
