Financial Accessibility

Financial accessibility is a key component of the Bank's sustainable development, ensuring that a wide range of customers can use banking products and services without financial barriers.

To increase the financial accessibility of the population, the state provides the Bank's customers with a state premium of 20% of the annual savings amount not exceeding 200 MCI (Monthly Calculation Index), which stimulates participation in the housing construction savings system. The Bank bears social responsibility for providing access to financial services and raising awareness about them among the population, including low-income customers, youth, and women.

In 2025, the Bank continued to conduct operational and marketing campaigns aimed at opening deposits, accumulating funds, and obtaining housing loans on preferential terms. A large-scale annual campaign, "State Premium", is conducted to notify depositors of the need to regularly replenish deposits via SMS and push notifications, IVR auto-calls, and an intelligent voice robot.

The Bank actively popularizes the housing construction savings system, informs Kazakhstani citizens about opportunities for participation, and implements major PR and marketing campaigns. In 2025, 96 press releases were prepared, resulting in the publication of more than 700 free materials in the media about state programs, youth initiatives, educational deposits, and other projects of the Bank.

Special attention is paid to international experience exchange and the promotion of sustainable housing finance mechanisms. The Bank organized the International Conference "Housing Construction Savings for Housing: Best Practices and Strategic Leadership in Various Regions" with the support of the International Union for Housing Finance and the European Federation of Building Societies. During the conference, the best international practices for improving housing affordability and developing housing construction savings systems were discussed. Following the event, 23 informational materials were published, including analytical reviews and expert comments.
