In 2025, there was no active litigation related to marketing and the transfer of information about financial products of new and regular customers.

There was no litigation related to the confidentiality of customer information.

The Bank had no accounting investigations.

At the same time, two facts of litigation took place:

1)   With JSC "Problem Loans Fund" and JSC "Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund" in connection with excessively paid compensation on deposits, resulting in monetary losses for the Bank amounting to 29 023 398 tenge.

2)   With a dismissed employee in connection with the non-payment of a bonus based on the results of the 1st quarter of 2025, resulting in monetary losses for the Bank amounting to 589 800 tenge.
