During 2025, the following changes occurred in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Bank:

-     By decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated February 17, 2025 (minutes No. 2), Khamitov E.E. was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Bank, and by decision of the Management Board of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank dated April 30, 2025 (minutes No. 20/25), the powers of Khamitov E.E. as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank were terminated ahead of schedule.

-     By decision of the Management Board of the Sole Shareholder of the Bank dated February 11, 2025 (minutes No. 04/25), the term of office of the Board of Directors of the Bank was determined for 3 (three) years with a quantitative composition of 6 (six) people;

-     By decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated February 17, 2025 (minutes No. 2), the members of the Committees of the Board of Directors of the Bank were elected;

-     By decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank dated May 2, 2025 (minutes No. 6), Shaikhy Zh.A. was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Bank.
