Corporate Governance Structure
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Bank’s organizational structure includes the following governing bodies:
- the supreme governing body – the Sole Shareholder;
- the governing body – the Board of Directors;
- the executive body – the Management Board;
- the body responsible for oversight of the Bank’s financial and operational activities – the Internal Audit Unit;
- other permanent collegiate bodies of the Bank established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bank’s internal documents to support specific areas of the Bank’s operations.
Transparency and Efficiency of Information Disclosure Processes
In its operations, the Bank adheres to principles of reliability, trust, and high standards in its relationships with customers and partners, ensuring business transparency and sound corporate governance. The Bank’s information resources meet the requirements of openness and accessibility.
Each quarter and at year-end, the Bank’s website publishes information on the balance sheet and the income and expenditure statement, along with updates on the procurement of goods, works, and services. Financial statements audited by independent external auditors are also made publicly available.
A dedicated webpage provides information specifically for the Sole Shareholder.
In addition, the site features details on the Bank’s core activities, the annual report, significant corporate events, the structure of the Board of Directors and the Management Board, existing vacancies, a list and addresses of branches, a list of the Bank’s affiliates, shareholder and partner information, and the Bank’s strategic development plans.

In 2024, the composition of the Bank’s Public Council was renewed to include representatives from civil society, including those advocating for socially vulnerable groups.
