The Bank is continuously working to ensure equal access to its services for all citizens across all regions of Kazakhstan. Given its retail-focused approach, the Bank has built an extensive network of branches and customer service locations. The Bank is represented in every region of the country.

The Bank aims to position its offices in locations that are most convenient for customers – near their homes, workplaces, and educational institutions, and with consideration for transport accessibility and surrounding social infrastructure.

In parallel with the development of its physical branch infrastructure and agent network, the Bank recognizes current trends in the evolution of financial services in Kazakhstan and globally, and is therefore actively advancing modern customer service tools, including its own sales and service channels. The Bank is expanding its online presence and investing in the development of internet and mobile solutions, enabling simple everyday operations to be performed online.

Today, the Bank’s well-developed infrastructure supports the acceleration of housing access for the people of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with the minutes (without number) of the meeting on certain agenda items related to the housing and construction sector held on 3 June 2024, and within the framework of the Bank’s operational reset and refocusing efforts on single-industry towns, district centers, and rural areas, 77 consulting centers were opened in these locations. Additional efforts were made to attract rural residents to participate in concessional housing programs such as Otau and Nauryz, including through broad media outreach.
