Sole Shareholder

Baiterek NMH JSC is the sole shareholder of the Bank and holds 100 % of the state-owned shares. Since 2013, 7,830,000 common shares of the Bank have been owned by Baiterek NMH JSC.

The mission of Baiterek NMH JSC is to foster the development of a competitive business environment, ensure housing access, and strengthen food security, based on principles of social responsibility.

One of the key objectives of Baiterek NMH JSC is to improve the well-being of the population, which is addressed under the strategic priority of “Providing Housing for the Population.” The Holding’s efforts to increase housing affordability are implemented through its subsidiary – Otbasy bank.
