Management Board
The Management Board of the Bank acts on the basis of the Regulations on the Management Board approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank and manages the day-to-day operations of the Bank. The establishment of the Management Board of the Bank, its powers, as well as early termination of powers are decided by the Board of Directors of the Bank in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bank’s Articles.
As of 1 January 2025, the Management Board of the Bank consists of 7 members.
Born in 1972, citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Performs general management of the Bank’s activities and supervises Advisors, Managing Directors, Press Service, HR and Procurement Departments. She is also the Chair of the Human Resources Committee, Risk Committee, Asset and Liability Management Committee, as well as Banking Products, Processes and Service Quality Committee of the Bank.
