Central Office Structure

The Bank’s organizational structure is designed to support the effective execution of its strategic goals and priorities. In response to evolving business needs, several structural adjustments were made during the reporting year. The current structure of the Central Office includes departments focused on business and rural development, implementation of government programs, information security, legal affairs, finance and reporting, risk management and internal control, information technologies and digital transformation, operations, banking products, and business processes.
