Compliance with Laws

In its activities, the Bank generally complies with requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. No violations of antitrust laws have been identified.

In 2024, the Bank was subject to one recommendation measure and one administrative fine imposed by the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Additionally, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued one administrative warning to the Bank.
