Compliance with Laws

The Bank conducts its operations in accordance with and not prohibited by the Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan Act and the Housing Construction Savings in the Republic of Kazakhstan Act.

In the reporting year, there were no identified incidents related to anti-competitive practices or violations of antitrust laws.

The Bank does not finance political parties, public associations in order to gain or maintain an advantage in its activities.

In the reporting year, the Bank made no cash contributions or expenditures to lobbyists or lobbying organizations, trade associations and other tax-exempt groups.

In 2024, the Bank was subject to one recommendation measure and one administrative fine imposed by the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Additionally, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan issued one administrative warning to the Bank.
