202 900 HCSBK depositors received maximum bonus from the state
The bonus from the state was accrued according to 2018 results totally to 1 038 869 depositors of HCSBK. 28,6 billions of KZT altogether were accrued to their accounts. This is by 5,6 billions of KZT more than it was paid to bank depositors last year. -
Each forth loan in HCSBK was issued under “Nurly Zher” program
In the year 2019 HCSBK plans to issue loans to its depositors under Nurly Zher program for 59,7 billions of KZT. Housing within the state program for HCSBK customers will be sold in all regions of the country. Lyazzat Ibragimova – chairperson of HCSBK board of directors told about this today at the press-conference in the Government. -
HCSBK launched “Orda” regional housing program in Kyzylorda region
This is a social project of HCSBK developed jointly with regional mayor's administration. This will allow residents of the region to purchase leased housing with further buyout.
“Orda” housing program is planned for three years. -
Housewarming event in Astana will be celebrated by first 100 HCSBK depositors due to housing certificates
Astana city mayor's administration allocated 100 millions of KZT from the budget specially for this. And today 100 persons received housing certificates with nominal value of 1 million of KZT: doctors, teachers, policemen. The money will be spent on initial contribution for purchase of apartment through HCSBK. -
215 depositors of HCSBK received keys from apartments in Pavlodar
On the eve of the Day of the first President the mayor of Pavlodar region – Bulat Bakauov and HCSBK regional branch director – Talgat Bailov personally congratulated them with their house warming event. The new housing in Pavlodar was built within the frames of “Nurly zher” program at the price of 121 000 KZT per 1 square meter. -

First HCSBK depositors received housing certificates in Aktobe region
Aktobe residents Zhanna Sarsenova and Alla Yaskina are going to have house warming event. The day before the city mayor Ilyas Ispanov handed housing certificates to them in the amount of 10% of the cost of their future housing. The HCSBK depositors will purchase the apartments under “Nurly zher” program. -
Depositors of HCSBK celebrated house warming event by games and a flash mob
HCSBK depositors celebrate house warming. HimMashStroy-Service LLP has built comfortable and inexpensive housing in Uralsk for them. HCSBK has signed an agreement with IFC for development of a credit product
Kazakhstany citizens will have an additional tool for solving of the housing issue with application of international practices. HCSBK has signed the relevant agreement with the International Finance Corporation – IFC – which is a member of the World Bank. We believe that developed housing sector has a decisive significance for stable development of Kazakhstan and financial institutions such as HCSBK play an important role in facilitating the growth of this sector.
