Housing construction saving bank of Kazakhstan can provide 300 health care employees of Atyrau region with housing
New housing will cost doctors and nurses 180 000 KZT for 1 square meter. Thus, one room apartment they may buy for 7,9 millions of KZT, and two room apartment – for 9,9 millions of KZT. Housing for employees of health care sector will be sold within frames of HCSBK own program - “My house”. -
NPL level in Housing construction saving bank of Kazakhstan was reduced to 0.25%
Over the first half of the year HCSBK issued 62% of Kazakhstan mortgage. From 224.8 billions of KZT, which the banks issued to Kazakhstan citizens for purchasing of housing, 139,8 billions of KZT fall on HCSBK. 16 090 depositors of HCSBK received loans. -
“Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC issued the first loan within frames of “military product”
The first credit was issued to military service man from Semey. Sergeant Kairat Tanyspayev has bought three-room apartment in the city center for 8,5 mln KZT. He will pay back the loan during 14 years, monthly payment will be equal to 79 416 KZT. It is important that the recipient of loan will pay this money not from his own salary. -
In HCSBK the highest amount of savings under child deposit is equal to 10 mln of KZT
“Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC (HCSBK) experiences growth of demand for child deposit. By now this option was used by 145 000 parents through opening accounts in the name of their children. A year ago 133 000 child deposits were operating in the bank. -
Keys from apartments were handed over to 108 depositors of HCSBK in Kokshetau
New apartments were bought by “Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC (HCSBK) clients under “Own house” program. The housing cost them at the price of 160 000 KZT per 1 square meter after finishing work. This is 15% less than market price for housing real estate in Kokshetau. -
40 houses with 2500 apartments will be built in Shymkent for depositors of HCSBK
Today chairperson of “Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC – Lyazzat Ibragimova and mayor of Shymkent – Gabidulla Abdrakhimov – have signed memorandum of cooperation within “Nurly zher” program. -
