Use your pension savings yourself and/or, if your funds are insufficient, accept the pension savings of a close relative or spouse. Close relatives are parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children, full/ half siblings, grandfather, grandmother.

Transfer some or all of your savings to a close relative or spouse. You can transfer to multiple recipients. You can transfer the remainder of your savings even if you have already used the bulk of your pension funds.

When choosing the goal: "Replenishment of the deposit in housing construction savings for further accumulation", it is necessary to take into account that this goal implies the accumulation of money only for the subsequent receipt (refinancing) of a mortgage housing loan under the housing construction savings system within 3 years from the date of their receipt on:
- acquisition of housing;
- purchase of housing, including renovation, within the framework of a single bank loan agreement;
- construction of an individual residential building (including the acquisition of a land plot with a designated purpose - individual housing construction or personal subsidiary farming)
To replenish your deposit in «Otbasy Bank», after receiving lump sum pension payments to a special account, you need to select a replenished deposit and make a transfer.
It is also necessary to take into account that the platform will not display the deposit if:
- the deposit contains requirements and/or restrictions imposed by authorized bodies and other third parties;

Acquisition of housing in ownership through civil law transactions (final settlement)

Under privatization agreements
If you enter into a privatization agreement, you will be able to make an initial payment/partial payment under the privatization agreement using lump-sum pension payments within the framework of this purpose.

- a privatization agreement drawn up in the name of the recipient;

If you have previously concluded a privatization agreement, then you will be able to make full payment under the privatization agreement using lump-sum pension payments within the framework of this purpose.

- a privatization agreement drawn up in the name of the recipient;
- a certificate of registered rights (encumbrances) to real estate and its technical characteristics, generated by you (the recipient of lump-sum pension payments) in your personal account on the eGov.kz portal and signed with an electronic digital signature;

- a land purchase and sale agreement, an exchange agreement, other title documents confirming the right of ownership/right of land use to a land plot *(with the intended purpose being personal subsidiary farming or individual housing construction);
- deed of private ownership of a land plot;
- a certificate of registered rights (encumbrances) to real estate and its technical characteristics, generated by you (the recipient of lump-sum pension payments) in your personal account on the eGov.kz portal and signed with an electronic digital signature.
- documents for the construction of an individual residential building:
- a contract* (providing for the full completion of the construction of an individual residential building), concluded with a construction company that has the appropriate license. In cases where the recipient has already paid part of the amount for construction using its own funds, it is necessary to provide an additional agreement to the contract, which records the fact of partial payment using the recipient's own funds or other documents confirming the fact of payment;
- a license of a construction company for construction and installation work.
Obtaining a mortgage housing loan under the housing construction savings system in «Otbasy Bank»

- Submit an application for a lump sum pension payment and sign it with your electronic digital signature;
- Within 5 working days, the UAPF will transfer the lump sum pension payment to your special account in JSC «Otbasy Bank»;
- After the funds have been received into the special account, contact a specialized medical specialist for diagnostics;
- After receiving the conclusion of a specialist, contact the medical organization at the place of attachment (you can find out the place of attachment on the E-Gov.kz portal ) and submit an application there for the provision of a conclusion of the medical commission, with a copy of the identity document attached; The conclusion of the medical commission is valid for 3 (three) months from the date of its issue;
- The medical commission will make a decision within 5 working days from the date of application either to refer you for treatment or to refuse. Within 2 working days, the secretary of the commission will issue you a conclusion;
- After receiving a positive conclusion, select the medical organization where you want to be treated and enter into an agreement with it. The agreement must specify the type of medical services, the diagnosis established by the medical commission, the amount and the details of the medical organization;
- Upload the conclusion of the medical commission and the agreement with the medical organization in PDF format to the UAPF-otbasy.kz platform;
- JSC «Otbasy Bank» will check the compliance of the documents within 5 working days and transfer funds from your special account to the medical organization according to the details specified in the agreement.
Refinancing of a mortgage housing loan under the housing construction savings system
You can refinance in JSC «Otbasy Bank» mortgage housing loans issued by other banks for the purchase of housing (including with repairs), construction of an individual residential building (including the purchase of a land plot.
