Otbasy Bank to Aid Kazakh Young Scientists in Acquiring Affordable Housing
A housing program for young scientists has been launched in Kazakhstan. As part of the cooperation agreement signed between Otbasy Bank (a subsidiary of the 'Baiterek' holding) and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from December 1, 2023, the bank will start accepting loan applications from scientists. -

The loan was issued to a resident of the capital city. Captain Amina Ashenova purchased three-room apartment in Nur-Sultan. Previously the family with two children leased a housing waiting for launching of updated terms of the “military product”.
