Within frames of Nurly zher program 1500 Almaty depositors of HCSBK will celebrate house warming

Nurly zher state housing program allows citizens to purchase own residential area under the most affordable conditions.
Housing within frames of the state program is constructed within the line “Construction of credit housing through local executive authorities” in Alatau district of Almaty city, in Sayaly micro-district. The residential facility consists of 5-storey multi-apartment houses. The area of apartments is equal from 29 square meters to 84 square meters.
Cost of 1 square meter of housing with final finishing is 179 000 KZT. This is 2 times lower than average market price in a metrapolitan city.
In order to buy affordable square meters it is necessary to be a client of HCSBK and to have minimum 20% of housing cost on a deposit account. Such are the conditions for participation in Nurly zher program. The loan rate is 5% per annum.
For example, when purchasing one room apartment, which costs 6.3 millions of KZT, a person has to save up 1.2 millions of KZT on a deposit account in the bank. Average monthly payment will make 52 500 of KZT.
At the moment the bank formed the pull for 886 apartments, the bank will announce receiving of applications for purchase of 621 more apartments. Whereas 6 persons are the candidates for 1 apartment to be sold within frames of Nurly zher program in the line of HCSBK.
- As of today products and programs of HCSBK are the most demanded ones among Kazakhstan citizens. Housing under Nyrly zher program is distributed by principle 50/50. I.e not less than 50% apartments will be distributed among people in queue in mayor's administration, the remaining 50% of apartments will be distributed among other depositors of HCSBK, who are not in the queue.
Whereas people in queue in mayor's administration in order to participate in the state program have also to be depositors of the bank, to have accounts in HCSBK and to have savings.
Since housing within the state program is sold under privileged conditions there are certain requirements towards candidates for square meters. These are:
- citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan or repatriated Kazakh (oralman) status;
- unavailability in the Republic of Kazakhstan territory of housing by virtue of property title (as with candidate himself as well as with his family members who constantly live with him) for the last 5 years.
- availability of registration in Almaty for the last 2 years.
- confirmation of financial solvency.
