Keys from apartments were handed over to 108 depositors of HCSBK in Kokshetau

New apartments were bought by “Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC (HCSBK) clients under “Own house” program. The housing cost them at the price of 160 000 KZT per 1 square meter after finishing work. This is 15% less than market price for housing real estate in Kokshetau. A new nine-storey residential house was built especially for HCSBK depositors in the city center close to the river bank.
HCSBK depositors can move to their homes and celebrate their house warming on the eve of the Day of constitution. Today they have received keys from apartments from hands of mayor of Akmola region – Malik Murzalin – and management of HCSBK branch.
-For participation in “Own home” program it is necessary to meet the minimum requirements: to have initial installment in the amount of 20%. Then you can receive loan at maximum rate of 7% per year. However residents of Akmola region are distinguished through patience and parsimony. Therefore 90% of our new settlers have saved up 50% of housing cost on their accounts. This provided them with the right to receive housing loans at very low rate – just 5% per year, - Nurzhan Alibekov – deputy director of Akmola regional branch of HCSBK – explained the credit terms.
For example, one-room apartment with area of 38 square meters will cost 6,1 mln KZT. In case a person saves up half of the amount on the account in HCSBK the remaining amount will be issued by the bank as credit for 6 years. Monthly payment will be equal to 50 000 KZT, whereas the overpaid amount will be equal to slightly more than 500 000 KZT.
Narbola Baizulda availed herself particularly of this advantageous loan. She has been a depositor of the bank since 2005. Over this period of time with help of HCSBK she was able to refinance her first mortgage taken in the other second tier bank and she additionally bought two more apartments.
-While saving up money for housing we have to cut down expenses on something. But thoughts of future and the set goal smoothed everything over. Now my son will be living in the new apartment. He is 23 years old by now, and he is still a student. Upon his graduation from the university and employment he will be able to pay the credit back himself. The payment under the loan are manageable, - told the bank depositor.
Currently 35 000 residents of Akmola region are saving up money in HCSBK for their own housing. In the nearest future those from them, who have already saved up a sufficient amount for initial installment, will be able to participate in “Own home” program. Acceptance of applications thereunder will start on the 10th of September 2018. A new residential house with 60 apartments is being built in Akmol village of Tselinogradskiy district of Akmola region. The cost of the housing there will cost 150 000 KZT per 1 square meter.
