From 10 March 2026, on the Baspana Market portal https://otbasybank.kz/, for technical reasons, full early loan repayment and partial early loan repayment operations are temporarily unavailable; therefore, local executive body employees are temporarily unable to process service recipients’ applications under the “With a Diploma to the Village!” programme.
The Bank is currently working to fix errors on the Baspana Market portal in order to restore the correct functioning of full and partial early loan repayment operations. The services will be restored in the near future.
