The state will reserve HCSBK controlling stock
JSC House Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (the affiliated organization of “Baiterek” Holding) reports that it is planned to implement only minor part of bank shares. The state will remain the major shareholder and the bank will keep all the social functions and liabilities. On January 16, 2018 - The chairman of the board of House Construction Savings Bank Lyazzat Ibragimova following the results of a meeting of the Government in Astana told about it during which the question of carrying out privatization of public industries was considered.
- In the message of the Head of state separately noted about system effectiveness of housing construction savings which is realized by House Construction Savings Bank. It made housing available to a general population. Also the strategic partner, who is looked for by bank, will help to improve work in this direction. In his face we see specialized, stable financial institution with the international experience which will provide further high-quality development of HCSBK. Our clients first of all will benefit from such transaction, they will be able to receive more technological services and the most profitable products, - Lyazzat Ibragimova explained.
She noted that all operating preferential terms at the rates of crediting will remain in full. One more important point - receipt of the investor won't influence payment of the state award for bank depositors. Provisions about its payment are enshrined in the law "About Housing Construction Savings in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
Also House Construction Savings Bank will continue the participation as the main operator on implementation of the state program of "Nurly zher". In its framework last year in the area of HCSBK 145 apartment houses on 8 672 apartments were put in operation. This year commissioning of 95 more houses on 7 981 apartments and 414 private cottages in the Almaty, Jambyl, North Kazakhstan and Aktyubinsk regions is scheduled.
