Mayor's administration of Aktobe region will help 500 depositors of HCSBK to pay the initial contribution for purchasing of housing

Today, mayor of Aktobe region – Berdybek Saparbayev – and chairperson of HCSBK – Lyazzat Ibragimova – have signed an agreement on provision to HCSBK depositors of a loan for purchasing of apartments. What is meant here is material support of those, who are in queue for housing in regional mayor's administration and who want to participate in “Nurly zher” state housing program.
Regional authorities are willing to allocate for them at the first stage 250 millions of KZT from the budget. The money will go to reduction of initial contribution when purchasing of one-room apartments built in Nur-Aktobe micro-district. It is planned to sell around 500 apartments altogether. The cost of this housing is equal to 100 000 – 120 000 KZT per 1 square meter after final finishing. The area of real estate varies from 32 to 54 square meters.
-The head of the state commissioned in his communication to help Kazakhstany citizens to raise funds for the initial contribution and thereby to increase affordability of mortgage. And today this commission is already in operation. The allocated social aid will become a good support for residents of the region in purchasing of housing. According to Nurly zher program in order to receive a privileged loan at the rate of 5% it is required to have on HCSBK account the initial contribution equal to 20% of housing cost. For example, a 45 square meters apartment costs around 5 millions of KZT. In order to purchase it is sufficient to have only 10% of the cost or 500 000 KZT on HCSBK deposit account. The remaining 10% for the initial contribution will be provided by mayor's administration from the budget, - explained the head of the bank – Lyazzat Ibragimova.
The money borrowed from the mayor's administration shall be returned by the loan receiver within five years without interest. Applications for receiving a loan will be accepted till the 9th of November 2018 in the building of Aktobe city public support center by employees of local mayor's administration. The basic criterion for candidates will be unavailability of housing by virtue of property title and confirmation of purchasing power.
After approval of final pull of loan receivers the mayor's administration will transfer the money for initial contribution to each candidate to HCSBK account, then the loan will be formalized and a purchase and sale agreement will be signed.
