Investors of HCSBK in the West Kazakhstan region will be able to participate in shared-equity construction
Today between HCSBK (the affiliated organization of Baiterek holding), akimat of the city of Uralsk, JSC Fund of Guaranteeing Housing Construction and real estate development company Karavanny put LLP was signed the memorandum of a cooperation. This document will allow to start the first project of shared-equity construction in the region.
Investors of HCSBK will be able to participate in it. Safety of participation in shared-equity construction will be ensured by Fund of guaranteeing housing construction which signed the relevant contract with the builder. It means that in case of approach of a warranty case: bankruptcy of builder, inappropriate use of means, violation of terms of commissioning, - Fund of guaranteeing will finish a construction.
- Now in HCSBK save more than 58 000 residents of the West Kazakhstan region for own housing. Total amount of their accumulatings constitutes 28,2 billion tenges. All of them plan to purchase further inexpensive and high-quality housing and the purpose of bank – to help them with it. Therefore, we combined efforts today. Working together with builders, local akimat, Fund of guaranteeing housing construction we will be able to provide our population with available square meters and to help to develop the regional market of housing construction in general, - told the director of the West Kazakhstan regional branch of HCSBK Aygul Naurzaliyeva.
Within the memorandum the builder plans to build the 9-storey brick house in the center of Uralsk.
- The obtained guarantee from Fund of guaranteeing housing construction will ensure safety of investments of shareholders and for 100% will provide commissioning of the object. Besides control of the course of a construction and target use of means of shareholders from independent engineering company is provided. This measure will allow to increase quality of the built housing, - explained Zamir Ikhsanov, the director of Karavanny put LLP.
Investors of HCSBK within The House program will be able to purchase apartments at a stage of shared-equity construction. The cost of 1 sq.m. of housing will constitute 170 000 tenges. In total 84 apartments will be realized. For the first time the credit for purchase of housing can be taken on the security of future housing. Additional pledge isn't required.
It will be possible to submit the application for participation in a bullet of buyers of apartments in the nearest future, for this purpose it is necessary to watch news of bank on the website www.hcsbk.kz or on the baspana.kz portal.
