Housing construction saving bank of Kazakhstan can provide 300 health care employees of Atyrau region with housing

New housing will cost doctors and nurses 180 000 KZT for 1 square meter. Thus, one room apartment they may buy for 7,9 millions of KZT, and two room apartment – for 9,9 millions of KZT. Housing for employees of health care sector will be sold within frames of HCSBK own program - “My house”. This means that for purchasing of square meters it will be necessary to have the initial contribution in the amount of 20% on HCSBK account and then the person may take the loan at 7% per annum.
The lists of candidates for this housing will be formed by mayor's administration of Atyrau city. The same will provide a land plot for construction, will ensure holding of utility lines and will improve the territory. Atyrau social and entrepreneurship corporation will help build new residential houses.
The relevant memorandum about cooperation has been signed today by Lyazzat Ibragimova – chairperson of HCSBK board of directors, Nurlan Nogayev – mayor of Atyrau region and Marat Tusupkaliyev – chief of Atyrau social and entrepreneurship corporation. This agreement contemplates construction of four facilities for 297 apartments, which will be handed over for operation in 2019.
Besides, several more memoranda have been signed on provision of Atyrau region residents with housing.
-Today, thanks to initiative and support of Atyrau region mayor we have signed four cooperation agreements at once. This will allow 2000 residents of the region to buy their housing at lowered prices. Total area of sold housing will make 172,6 thousands of square meters. It is important that young families, doctors and nurses will have roof over their head as well as those who are in the queue at mayor's administration for apartments and land plots. We know how it is difficult to them to save up money for own housing. Therefore we are ready to support them and help them purchase apartments under the conditions most affordable in the country, - said Lyazzat Ibragimova – chief of HCSBK.
The second memorandum pertains to realization of Zhas Otau housing program, which is in effect only in Atyrau region. 100 apartment house will be built in “Nursaya” micro-district in accordance with the signed agreement between HCSBK, mayor's administration of the region and Atyrau-Zhas Otau LLP. Young families, whose age does not exceed 29 years, will be able to purchase housing in this place. The cost of housing will make for them 179 000 KZT for 1 square meter.
Two more memoranda pertain realization of Nurly zher program. Within one of its lines - “Construction of credit housing through housing-construction savings” - 21 residential houses are being constructed at the moment in Nursaya (8 houses) and Bereke (13 houses) micro-districts. Totally 1 512 apartments will be handed over for operation at the price of 180 000 KZT for 1 square meter. In order to become a participant of Nurly zher program and to purchase this housing it is sufficient to have on an account in HCSBK the initial contribution in the amount of 20%. If, for example, 1-room apartment costs 7 millions of KZT it is necessary to save up 1.4 millions of KZT on the deposit account. Then the bank will issue privileged loan at the rate of 5% per annum.
Acceptance of applications for these apartments will be carried out at baspana.kz portal. A candidate for housing will be able to choose there a favorite apartment and to apply for participation in the pull of housing purchasers.
80 cottages are being constructed in Talgairan residential block within frames of one of Nurly zher program lines - “Development of individual housing construction”. The area thereof will make 64-191 square meters, the houses are one- and two-storey buildings. Cost of 1 square meter of the housing is 120 000 KZT.
With the purpose of purchasing such a privately owned house depositors of HCSBK also are able to receive a privileged loan at the interest rate of 5% per annum if they have 20% of housing cost on the account. Whereas potential purchasers shall be in the queue in the local mayor's administration for receiving of a land plot. The due 10 hundreds square meters of land they will receive free of charge. They will have to pay only for the cottage itself.
