House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan issued the first loan under the updated housing program for military service persons.

The loan was issued to a resident of the capital city. Captain Amina Ashenova purchased three-room apartment in Nur-Sultan. Previously the family with two children leased a housing waiting for launching of updated terms of the “military product”. The application for loan issue was submitted by Amina Ashenova on the first day of housing program start on the 2nd of May 2019, and today after purchasing of own house she was congratulated by Lyazzat Ibragimova – chairperson of House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan (subsidiary organization of Baiterek holding) executive board.
-Previously housing payments due from the government went for payment of housing lease. Now we will allocate them to cancellation of the loan for own apartment. The thought that we will pay for our own house is pleasing to our heart. I am glad that military service persons now have the opportunity of solving one of their hot issues by means of House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan housing program, - shares Amina Ashenova.
The loan for purchasing of housing the military service person took under new terms. The rate of the loan is equal to 8% per annum. Minimum initial contribution is equal to 15% of loan amount. Now all military service persons, who receive housing payments from the state, are able to avail themselves of the same conditions. With this purpose they do not have to participate in the pull and wait for results thereof. It is sufficient to select housing and address House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan.
-On the first day of the “military product” launching 70% of all submitted loan applications were from military service persons. It speaks of the need by motherland's defenders for housing program. This year we took into consideration wishes of military agencies' employees and simplified to the maximum loan issue terms. And on the eve of the motherland's defender's Day I sincerely wish to all of them to celebrate housewarming event in the nearest future. When you have your own home it is easier to hold the service, - stated Lyazzat Ibragimova.
Also she congratulated Yerlan Skendirov with housewarming. The military service person of the national guard bought a private house in the capital city suburbs.
New conditions of the “military product” do not restrict selection of housing. The loan maybe used for purchase of a new apartment on primary market, a person may participate in shared construction or select housing on secondary market. When buying a housing you may include expenses on repair thereof into the loan amount.
The loan amount under the “military product” shall be calculated based on the amount of housing payments. In case housing payments are insufficient the salary of the military service person shall be taken into consideration or a co-loan receiver may be involved.
We remind, that last year the mechanism of using housing payments by military service persons changed. They have an opportunity of sending them not only for payment of lease of someone's housing, but also of buying their own apartment. In order to support defender of the motherland House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan allocated the money and developed for them a separate housing program intended till the year 2025. 2 500 persons had an opportunity of using the “military product” since September of the last year.
This year according to bank's forecast the housewarming can be celebrated 4 000 more military service persons, 59 billions of KZT were allocated by House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan.
