HCSBK launched “Orda” regional housing program in Kyzylorda region

This is a social project of HCSBK developed jointly with regional mayor's administration. This will allow residents of the region to purchase leased housing with further buyout.
“Orda” housing program is planned for three years. Within its frames 2 billions of KZT will be allocated annually from regional budget on a repayable basis. For this money local authorities plan to build new housing or buy out already available apartments for program participants. It is planned to distribute 250 apartments in Kyzyl-Orda region at the first stage. Cost of 1 square meter of housing will be 120 000 KZT for “Orda” program participants.
HCSBK depositors, who are in queue for housing in local mayor's administration, may claim for leased apartments with further buyout. These are multi-child and single-parent families, families raising disabled children, foster children of orphanages, 1 and 2 category disabled persons, state officers, employees of budget supported organizations. Also young families, in which the age of both spouses has not reached 35 years, may participate in new housing program. It is important that the marriage is not younger than 2 years and that the family has children.
“Orda” program participants having saved in HCSBK a half of housing cost will receive housing loan for outstanding amount at the rate of 3,8% per annum. The period of loan will be maximum 11 years.
HCSBK will form pulls of housing lessees with subsequent buyout. The application may be submitted through Personal account page of HCSBK 24 Internet-banking from 11.01.2019 to 21.01.2019. Those persons, who already have minimum 500 000 KZT on the account and who will get maximum number of scores, will be selected to the pull. The scores depend on the period of deposit and periodicity of replenishment thereof.
