Each forth loan in HCSBK was issued under “Nurly Zher” program

In the year 2019 HCSBK plans to issue loans to its depositors under Nurly Zher program for 59,7 billions of KZT. Housing within the state program for HCSBK customers will be sold in all regions of the country. Lyazzat Ibragimova – chairperson of HCSBK board of directors told about this today at the press-conference in the Government.
According to results of 2018 8 659 apartments were sold in the amount of 64 billions of KZT. Totally 13 197 Kazakhstan citizens celebrated housewarming events over the period of the state program validity (since the end of 2016). The loans for purchase of square meters were issued to them in the amount of 98,2 billions of KZT. 69% of this money were assigned from the national budget, 31% are own money of HCSBK.
This year according to data of mayors' administrations it is planned to put into operation 14 220 more apartments.
According to program conditions the cost of 1 square meter of housing to be handed over is fixed and is equal to 180 000 KZT in Astana, Almaty, Atyrau and Aktau. In other regions the price does not exceed the level of 140 000 KZT.
In order to buy housing under HCSBK conditions a person has to be the bank depositor and have 20% minimum initial contribution on their account. Whereas the state program participant may count on privileged loan at the rate of 5% per annum.
As a whole 50% of housing sold at primary market falls to Nurly Zher program of HCSBK.
Kazakhstan citizens can learn about all facilities under construction under Nurly Zher program by visiting the website baspana.kz. There a candidate for available square meters can select a city, where he/she wants to buy an apartment, to see, what facilities are being constructed, learn if applications are accepted, select an apartment he/she liked, submit application for participation in pull of housing purchasers.
Totally in 2018 HCSBK helped 38 295 Kazakhstany families to purchase their own housing. Currently 1,3 millions of Kazakhstan citizens trust their savings to the bank. They have already saved up 624,2 billions of KZT on their accounts. Not only the bank but also the state helps them save up for future housing. All depositors of HCSBK receive 20% bonus from the state. This percent is accrued to the amount not exceeding 200 minimum calculation indices (505 000 KZT in 2019).
The bonus from the state according to 2018 results the bank depositors will receive in the first half of February of the current year.
