40 houses with 2500 apartments will be built in Shymkent for depositors of HCSBK

Today chairperson of “Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC – Lyazzat Ibragimova and mayor of Shymkent – Gabidulla Abdrakhimov – have signed memorandum of cooperation within “Nurly zher” program. The agreement supposes construction of facilities with total area of 150 000 square meters. Residential houses will appear in two new city districts – in Shymkent City and Administrative and business center of Shymkent. The cost of the housing there will cost 140 000 KZT per 1 square meter for depositors of HCSBK.
-HCSBK depositors will be able to receive first 598 apartments already this year, 11 residential houses are being built for them currently in the new administrative and business center of the city. The constructing company plans to hand over the facilities by the end of December 2018. To become a participant of “Nurly zher” program and to buy a housing facility there it is sufficient to have initial deposit in the amount of 20% on HCSBK account. If we consider the cost of 1-room apartment as equal to 5,6 mln KZT it is required to save up 1,1 mln KZT on the deposit account. Then the bank will issue a favorable loan at the rate of 5% per year, - Lyazzat Ibragimova explained the conditions of participation in the state program.
Construction and handover of remaining 1 880 apartments is planned for 2019. New houses will appear in Shymkent City district.
According to conditions of “Nurly zher” program the following persons, who meet the following requirements, can apply for this housing:
-is citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan or oralman status;
-does not own housing by virtue of property title on the Republic of Kazakhstan territory (both applicant himself like and his family members permanently residing with him) for last 5 years
-confirms ability to pay.
Also HCSBK clients will be able to buy square meters also under the following programs.
For example, currently applications are being received for participation in “Own home” program. Within frames of this program the residential facility is being constructed in Tulemetov street of Shymkent city. The cost of 1 square meter there costs 178 500 KZT. With minimum 20% initial installment the bank will issue loans at the rate of 7% with further reduction thereof up to 5% per year. Additionally this year HCSBK depositors will be able to absolutely safely participate in share construction. In this field HCSBK cooperates only with those companies, which have received guarantee from the Fund for guarantee of housing construction. The cost of housing within frames of share participation will be fixed and equal to 180 000 – 250 000 KZT per 1 square meter. The housing facility is being constructed in “Nursat” micro-district of Shymkent city.

A housing applicant can view there availability of facilities, which are being constructed, learn whether applications are being received, choose favorite apartment, submit a request for participation in housing buyers' pool.
