364 capital city depositors of House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan received keys of apartments.

On Kazakhstan national unity day they were congratulated with homewarming event by Nur-Sultan city mayor – Bakhyt Sultanov and House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan (subsidiary organization of Baiterek holding) chairperson of the executive board – Lyazzat Ibragimova.
New housing for capital city residence was built according to “Nurly zher” program at a price of 180 000 KZT per 1 square meter. This is by 2 times lower than average market price in the city. In order to become a participant of the state program and to purchase housing through this program it was necessary to have minimum amount of the initial contribution equal to 20% of housing cost on an account in House construction savings bank of Kazakhstan. Assuming that one room apartment with final finishing cost to new settlers maximum 7,3 millions of KZT, they had to save about 1,4 millions of KZT on the deposit account. Then HCSBK helped to buy out the housing having provided loans at a rate of 5% per annum.
-Those, who are on the waiting list of mayor's administration and bank depositors, who do not own their housing, participate in “Nurly zher” program. They moved to their dream – purchase of an apartment – according to a plan. First they opened account and saved up money. They were good at it. It turned out that major part of today new settlers was able to save up initial contribution equal to around 50% on their accounts. There is a good news for those, who continue to save up and was not able to get to the current pull of state program participant. 1 825 apartments more in 17 new built houses will be accessible this year to HCSBK depositors within frames of “Nurly zher” program.
