— Payments made on 7 March before 21:30 will be credited with the value date of 6 March 2026;
— Payments made on 7 March after 21:30, 8 March and 9 March 2026 will be credited on 10 March 2026.

JSC Otbasy Bank (hereinafter, the Bank) informs that due to scheduled system load testing, on 4 March 2026 from 02:00 to 06:00 Astana time, temporary interruptions in external services are expected.

Due to the crediting of the state bonus to accounts, the following services will be unavailable from 18:00 on 27 February to 09:00 on 2 March of the current year:
• opening and topping up accounts and deposits, and passing qualification through bank branches, the agent network, video banking, the mobile app, internet banking and the Baspana Market portal;
• accepting loan payments and deposit contributions through partner banks;
• automatic payments in the mobile app.

Please note the operating mode of the platform for using pension savings:
• signing applications for the use of lump-sum pension payments with an electronic digital signature and sending them to the Bank for review is available daily from 09:00 to 21:00;
• uploading and preparing documents is available around the clock, without restrictions.

On 24 February 2026, the bank branch in Pavlodar located at 75 Abay St., Pavlodar, will not be operating for technical reasons.

Otbasy Bank (a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding) has received an updated assessment from the international rating agency Sustainable Fitch. The bank’s score increased from 55 to 60, while its ESG Rating was reaffirmed at Level “3”.

From January 13, 2025, Kazakhstan will use the international standard ISO 20022 for the exchange of messages between financial institutions. ISO 20022 is an international standard for data exchange between banks and financial institutions. It defines the rules and formats of messages used in financial transactions.

In Astana, Otbasy Bank (a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding), the Union of Builders of Kazakhstan, and the Association of Islamic Finance and Business (AIFB) signed a memorandum on the development of the Islamic financial industry in Kazakhstan.

We inform you that the deadline for the transition to the use of the international standard ISO 20022 is postponed from November 11, 2024 to November 25, 2024.
