The Bank has entered into an agreement with the Asian Development Bank on lending to women for a total of 38 billion tenge. The first tranche in the amount of 8,4 billion was disbursed in 2021. 954 loans were issued. The second tranche in the amount of 14 billion was disbursed in 2022 and 1120 loans were issued.
The third tranche in the amount of 15,6 billion tenge was allocated.
It is planned to allocate no more than 40% of loans or about 200 loans for Almaty, Astana, Atyrau and Aktau.
60% of loans will be issued to residents of regions and small towns.

In the event of failure by the borrower to fulfill obligations under the Bank Loan Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), the Bank shall have the right to:

- To recover funds available in the borrower's bank accounts;
- Transfer the debt to a collection agency for pre-trial collection and settlement;
- Apply to the courts with a statement to recover the debt from the borrower under the Agreement.
