Who can become a guarantor for a loan
If you have been a depositor of Otbasy Bank for more than three years, you can get a loan without collateral, under the guarantee of an individual.
Otbasy Bank issues loans under the guarantee of an individual for the following purposes:
The guarantor for the loan can be

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan

from 18 to 64,5 years (no more than 70 years at the end of the loan term)

with monthly confirmed income for the last 6-12 months
Let's look at the calculation of points using an example
Otbasy Bank accepts the following types of permanent income as the guarantor’s average monthly income:
- Income of employees for the last 6 months
- Income of military personnel and employees of special units of state and law enforcement agencies
- Income of entrepreneurs over the last 12 months
- Scholarships for employees of organizations studying in educational institutions
- Pension
- Housing payments
- Bank Consultants Remuneration
- Environmental payments reflected in the salary certificate
- State lifelong payments/maintenance provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for various categories of citizens
The following are not accepted as average monthly income:

lump sum benefits

lump sum compensation from insurance companies

one-time compensations and payments from the State

If the guarantor of the loan is both an employee and an entrepreneur, and his income as an employee is sufficient to provide the loan, then confirmation of income as an entrepreneur is not required.

If, according to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the guarantor is exempt from paying mandatory pension contributions, then the absence of pension contributions is allowed when applying for a housing loan.

For citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan working outside of Kazakhstan, or in representative offices of international organizations operating in Kazakhstan, the average monthly income is calculated on the basis of a salary certificate.

For teachers, the average monthly income is taken into account both without taking into account vacation (for the last 6 months ) and with it (for the last 12 months).
