Нет. Жилищные выплаты со специального счета перечисляются только в случае:
1) перевода на депозит клиента в Банке;
2) для оплаты аренды жилья;
3) погашения займа в Банке, при зачислении денег на текущий счет.
4) перевода на банковский счет, открытый в другом банке второго уровня безналичным путем.

Yes. The new payment date is set fr om the 1st to the 25th of the month. The Bank may lim it the choice of separately acceptable repayment dates.

1) Beeline: pay from the phone balance, the commission is charged at the rate of 1,5% of the transfer amount;
2) Bank Center Credit: through the cash desk, the commission is charged at a rate of 0,3% of the transfer amount;
3) Halyk bank: through the cash desk, the commission is charged at the rate of 1% of the transfer amount.
Issuing banks may set additional fees for transfer operations. More detailed information about the different payment methods can be found here.

Housing payments are used by an employee of the institution for the following purposes:
1) acquisition of residential premises or residential premises using a mortgage loan (loan);

4) use of money to pay contributions when participating in shared housing construction;

No. Housing payments from a special account are transferred only in the following cases:
1) transfer to the client's deposit with the Bank;
2) to pay for the rental of housing;
3) repayment of the loan with the Bank, when crediting money to the current account.
4) transfer to a bank account opened in another second-tier bank by bank transfer.

Yes. Housing payments can be used to repay mortgage loans.
If you have issued a mortgage in our Bank, housing payments from the current account will be sent to repay the loan automatically. The balance will remain on the current account (if any), you can send them to a deposit - a special deposit of HCS.
If your mortgage is with another bank, you can send housing payments to repay the loan through the Otbasy bank application. Translation instructions are available here. The video tutorial is here.

It is allowed to open and maintain (perform operations for the transfer of housing payments) a special account under a power of attorney, according to the sample recommended by the Bank and after verification by the legal service. The power of attorney must be notarized.
You can get a sample of the power of attorney here. The power of attorney should list the list of operations carried out.
Necessary documents when opening a deposit under the power of attorney:
1) a notarized copy of the client's identity card;
2) a notarized power of attorney for the right to open and (or) dispose of the account (original);
3) identity card of the trustee;
4) tripartite agreement on housing payments;
5) certificate of the recipient of housing benefits.

The closure of the special account is carried out in the following cases:
1) termination of the special account agreement at the request of the institution employee. Termination of the special account agreement is carried out on the basis of the application of the institution employee to close the special account and the written consent of the institution, or on the basis of the letter of the institution on the termination of the accrual and transfer of housing payments with the indication of the data of the institution employee. The balance of the amounts in the special account shall be transferred to the account of the institution/employee specified in the letter/application of the employee.
