The seizure of accounts is imposed on the basis of Article 51 of the Law "On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In accordance with Article 51 of the Law "On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", money and other property of an individual or legal entity (with the exception of banks, insurance (reinsurance) organizations, accumulative pension funds deprived of a license by the authorized body and (or) in the process of compulsory liquidation) that are in the bank, may be seized only on the basis of resolutions of the bodies of inquiry and preliminary investigation and resolutions of enforcement bodies and private bailiffs authorized by the court, as well as resolutions, decisions, sentences, court rulings.
There are 3 main reasons for the arrest:
- non-fulfillment of obligations to state bodies, for example, tax arrears
- overdue loan or other obligations to banks
- court order

Removal of the arrest is carried out on the basis of the relevant document received from the person/body that imposed the arrest.

1) Lift the arrest on the basis of the relevant document and then repay the loan, or
2) It is allowed to join the current account of a new or existing co-borrower/guarantor to repay or repay the loan. To do this, you need to contact the post-credit service department with the co-borrower/guarantor and issue a corresponding application.
