You can fund the deposit, repay the loan without commission through the following payment methods:
1) Otbasy bank: Internet bank and Otbasy bank application, cash desks and terminals. You can get the addresses of cash desks and terminals here.
2) Halyk Bank: Internet banking, ATM, payment terminal;
3) Bank Center Credit: Internet banking, ATM, payment terminal;
4) Kaspi Bank: kaspi.kz;
5) E-government website: egov.kz
6) Kazpost cash desks.
To fund the account, you must specify a 12-digit alternative account code, with the exception of methods 1.
Issuing banks may set additional fees for transfer operations. More detailed information about the different payment methods can be found here.

An alternative 12-digit account code is required.
An alternative account code for the deposit is specified in the Certificate/HCS Agreement; for the loan - in the Current Account and Bank Loan Agreements.
You can also get an alternative code with the help of a personal consultant Quanysh bot in WhatsApp (number +77059251301), in the Otbasy bank Telegram channel (account @ quanysh_bot).

Yes, it is allowed to fund the account by non-cash transfer of money from the Depositor's account in second-tier banks. Banks can set additional fees for transfer operations.

Bank cards VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro/Cirrus of all banks, American Express (only for customers of Kazkommertsbank JSC) and Kaspi Wallet (only for customers of kaspi.kz) are accepted for payment.

In case of funding of the deposit on non-working days (Saturday, Sunday and other weekends), the contribution to the deposit is accounted for on the previous operating day.
