· Making changes by the Bank to internal documents concerning issues of loan provision to population, application of commissions, simplification of procedures for formation of buyers pull and tenants under Regions development program till 2020.
· Performance by authorized bodies of 9 external inspections of the Bank's operation (Republic of Kazakhstan National Bank, State revenue committee with the Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finances, “Labor monitoring administration in Kyzyl-Orda region” state institution, Financial monitoring inspection in West Kazakhstan region with Financial monitoring committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Finances, prosecution authorities and other);
