Requirements for applicants

Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Availability of income from employment and/or entrepreneurial activity over the last 6 (six) months

Confirmation of the status of the waiting list of the local executive authority

*If you have sufficient funds of your own, you can buy out the Akimat's credit housing without taking out a loan and without confirming your income.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Open a deposit in Otbasy Bank and enter into a housing savings agreement .

4. Submit an application and undergo a solvency check at the Otbasy Bank branch.

2. Submit an application for participation in the Concept on the website otbasybank.kz. All applications are formed into pools - lists of applicants by the date of their inclusion in the queue.

5. View the housing distribution results.

3. Save or deposit at least 10% of the cost of the property.

6. Get a loan from Otbasy Bank to purchase a home.

Ranking the list of candidates in direct sales

Real Estate Portal «Baspana market» automatically ranks the list of candidates based on the date of their inclusion in the queue. At the same time, the next candidates on the list, after the first candidate, retain the right to the reserved apartment if the first candidate does not pass the qualification or cancels the application. The next candidate on the list is automatically sent a notification of an invitation to qualify in the personal account of the Bank's Internet resource . The candidate's qualification confirmation period is 5 (five) business days from the end date of accepting applications for direct sales. A similar qualification confirmation period is set for the next candidate on the list.


В СЛУЧАЕ НЕВЫПОЛНЕНИЯ ЗАЕМЩИКОМ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВ ПО Up toГОВОРУ БАНКОВСКОГО ЗАЙМА (ДАЛЕЕ - Up toГОВОР) БАНК ВПРАВЕ:


  1. Начислять неустойку (штраф, пени), в соответствии с условиями Up toговора;
  2. Обратить взыскание на деньги, имеющиеся на банковских счетах заемщика;
  3. Передать заUp toлженность на Up toсудебное взыскание и урегулирование коллекторскому агентству;
  4. Обратиться в судебные органы с заявлением о взыскании с заемщика заUp toлженности по Up toговору.
