Public Council
The Public Council is a consultative, advisory, supervisory body of Otbasy Bank, as well as a body of public control over the bank’s activities.
The Public Council carries out its activities based on the following principles:
1) independence;
2) activities of its members on a voluntary basis;
3) autonomy;
4) independence;
5) publicity.
The purpose of the Public Council is to express the opinion of civil society on socially significant issues related to the activities of the bank.
The main tasks of the Public Council:
1) representing the interests of civil society and taking into account public opinion when discussing and making decisions by the bank;
2) development of interaction between the bank and civil society;
3) organization of public control and ensuring transparency of the bank’s activities.
Composition of the Public Council:
1) Ainagul Muzafar - Chairman of the PF «RUKHTYLAR»
2) Akmaral Shatemirkizy – school teacher;
3) Ruslan Turysbekov - Chairman of the Public Foundation «Не молчи сирота»;
4) Nina Lukyanenko - Advisor to the President of the Self-Regulatory Association of Realtors of Kazakhstan, expert in the field of real estate;
5) Beknur Kisikov - trainer at the Academy of NGO of Kazakhstan;
6) Aida Dosayeva - expert in strategic communications;
7) Ainash Esali – journalist of the newspaper «Egemen Kazakhstan»;
8) Polina Shimanskaya – independent journalist, blogger;
9) Lyazzat Ibragimova – Chairman of the Board of JSC «Otbasy Bank»;
10) Zhansultan Matai – Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC «Otbasy Bank»;
11) Zaure Masgutova – director of the press service of JSC «Otbasy Bank».
